I love capital one cafes. Half off drinks if you have a discover or capital one card. Their seasonal drinks are good. You can adjust have much syrup is in your drinks so that it's not so sweet. They also have small private rooms you can reserve by the hour. Reserve in advance.

Wow, what an experience!! Shawn greeted us and helped us figure out some cash needs issue, was super professional and helpful. I was impressed with the advanced nature of the Capital One ATM, and the Verve Cafe was great as well, lots of big tables to work on and enjoy a variety of espresso drinks, matcha, and baked goods. Neja, the barista, made us feel very welcomed and made an amazing Honey Lavender Latte and Caramel Latte. This overall experience made me definitely want to convert more of my accounts to Capital One because of the level of customer service is on another level!!!

I was the perfect cup of coffee, no matter who's making it. It's always fantastic. Your greeted when you walk in. It's a nice clean facility. If you wanted to work from home from there, there's Wi-Fi. You can also handle all of your account needs right there on my location. Capital One customers get a discount when paying with your capital one card or discover card.

The one thing you will not experience here is being pressured into becoming a “Capital One Bank,” member. No, this is not a gimmick to get you into the door and get you to sign up for one of their bank products. No. Here, all are welcome. Regardless if you’re a bank member or not. The staff are so friendly, helpful and are more than willing to extend their assistance navigating through the mall. (I witnessed it firsthand) However, if you are a Capital One Bank member, most of your drinks will be 50% Off. It’s a small gratitude for being a valued member. Nothing about this Café looks like a typical bank. They do have an ATM, to the right of the entrance, but they strategically placed it away to not take away from what it’

The Capital One CAFE concept “reimagines banking,” creating “a welcoming space where banking meets living.” It does all of that and does not disappoint! Enjoy a wonderful coffee while taking care of your personal banking needs… FANTASTIC! From the friendly baristas to the knowledgeable bank ambassadors, from the executive-style ambiance to the excellent products & services, everything was top-notch. The personnel were all personable, attentive and extremely helpful. It made for a stress-free, convenient, and very pleasant experience. We opened a new savings account, while sipping delicious beverages (the hot honey lavender latte and the iced matcha were sooo good). “Shelby” provided the expert assist and made everything comfortable & super easy. This is our first time banking with CapitalOne, and from our visit to this location alone we are very impressed. The Capital One Cafe is unique and sets the bar high. I hope more banks can catch on.
